Chili Cherry Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 box of pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 jar Pure Harvest Chili Cherry Tomato Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnishing
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Cook Pasta: Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Sauté Garlic: Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add Sauce: Pour in 1 jar of Pure Harvest Chili Cherry Tomato Sauce and stir. Let it simmer for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.

  • Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Serve: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
